Who is this retreat NOT suitable for?

The BeSilence Retreat is not suitable for individuals expecting intensive physical exertion during retreat activities, or those seeking constant stimulation and a high level of social interaction. The program is also not intended for individuals diagnosed with severe mental illnesses or those currently experiencing acute psychiatric crises. Prior to arrival, every participant completes a detailed questionnaire and undergoes an interview to ensure that the program is appropriate for them.
